To compile the 2024 list, Crain’s partnered with Workforce Research Group, which evaluates each registered company’s workplace policies, practices, benefits, and demographics. This part of the process is worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. Afterward, Workforce surveys thousands of employees on their experiences, working conditions, benefits, and corporate culture. This part is worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. Workforce Research Group then analyzed the data, using its expertise to determine the final ranking.
