In partnership with Saginaw Valley State University, Central Michigan University, Saginaw Valley State University, and the Michigan Area Health Education Center, the Michigan Health Council’s Education to Practice team is hosting the 2013 Interprofessional Education Conference on November 14-15.
Northern Michigan Interprofessional Education Conference
Nov. 14-15, 2013
Located at the scenic Boyne Mountain Resort, this conference will give attendees fill attendees tool belts with hands-on learning experiences from clinicians who have successfully implemented interprofessional programs.
Workshops covering the four key competencies of team-based care (communication, teamwork, values and ethics, and roles and responsibilities) will be led by clinicians who have worked in both uniprofessional and interprofessional settings.
The conference cost is $150 for both days, and every attendee will receive a copy of the Education to Practice tool kit. Register and make hotel room reservations here.
