Description
RAD-AID the ASRT Foundation are pleased to collaborate on a program designed to give radiologic technologists the opportunity to contribute to the health care needs of the low-resource regions. Recipients of this award will join RAD-AID’s project teams in international initiatives designed to improve access to quality medical imaging and radiation therapy for populations in need.
The criteria for selection is:
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in modality of practice.
Board certified technologist in his/her modality of practice (including, but not limited to, radiography, sonography, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, medical dosimetry, MRI, and radiologist assistant).
Active member of ASRT, as determined by ASRT at its sole discretion.
Once selected, Fellows must sign and accept any and all release forms provided by the Foundation and RAD-AID.
