Customer Success Coordinator (ACEMAPP)

Work location: Hybrid - Remote (with potential travel requirements)

Overview:

The Michigan Health Council is a dynamic nonprofit that focuses on making great products and delivering services that support Michigan’s health care employers, educators, and professionals. One of these products is ACEMAPP, an internet-based clinical education management solution. This tool provides an online platform in which health providers, students, and their academic coordinators can arrange clinical rotation placements, onboard students, and manage clinical requirements.


We are currently seeking an outgoing, conscientious, and confident individual who will enjoy engaging with our customers and providing them with resources to help them make the most out of our product.​

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop a working knowledge of the ACEMAPP application

  • Proactive outreach to our clients to build rapport and encourage customer lifecycle progression

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide customers with the appropriate resources

  • Engage with new clients, post-implementation, regarding their comfort level and confidence with newly rolled-out processes and features

  • Identify opportunities with existing customers for selling additional features or advocating with new leads

  • All other responsibilities presented as deemed necessary

 

What We’re Looking For:
  • Relational intelligence to quickly form connections with customers

  • Clear and concise communicator - regardless of medium

  • Consistent professional etiquette with clients and colleagues

  • Strong organizational skills; can balance many needs through prioritizing strategically

  • Ability to actively listen and collect feedback while identifying opportunities with customers 

  • Proactive, strong sense of initiative, and a commitment to meeting deadlines

  • Experience in effectively using project management tools and Google Workspace applications

  • Experience working in account management or sales in a SaaS environment preferred

Additional Details:

Work Hours:  Normal work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM ET
