Description
One of the recipents of the EMS Workforce 2023 grant from MDHHS is Kalamazoo Valley Community College. They received $192,000 to provide full scholarships to 24 paramedic students that are accepted into the Fall 2023 cohort. The scholarships cover tuition and fees, books, software, and associated clinical costs for fall paramedic classes. Paramedic students may also be reimbursed for prerequisite course tuition, including EMT courses, that were taken at KVCC during the grant period.
