Description
Huron Behavioral Health CMHA supports current bachelor-level staff to return to school to obtain their master's degree in social work by offering 3 hours of paid time/ week, a flexible work schedule, and the ability to complete their internship at the agency. Huron also offers a $3,000 sign-n bonus for master's level positions, an increased competitive wage scale, and flexible work schedules to retain current employees. To increase recruitment into their association, Huron actively recruits interns to hire them post-graduation at both the bachelor's and master's levels.
