Explore Covenant is Covenant's yearly job fair held in spring. This event introduces students and other participants to the different gateway positions available that require only a high school diploma or GED. Covenant is the largest employer in the area and it collaborates with community organizations for this event, to highlight job opportunities in the Saginaw area. Participants can have on the spot job interviews with recruiters and get employed. Some of the positions in the event are Billing, Call Center staff, Environmental Services/Housekeeping, Lab Assistant, Medical Assistant, Nursing Care Assistant, Nutrition Services, Patient Safety Technician, Phlebotomist, Radiology Aide, Scheduling and Registration, Scribe, Sterile Processing Technician, Unit Secretary.
