This program is for recent high school graduates to explore the diverse array of jobs that make a hospital run and offer employment opportunities. Selected students get a paid job at Covenant for three months in the summer. They spend three weeks rotating through areas of the hospital they are interested in and then one week off to enjoy their summer. At the end of the program, Covenant’s recruit team shares gateway positions available at Covenant, which allows students to take a job opportunity available to them here and now, with the opportunity to continue their education with Covenant’s help. After 90 days of employment, all Covenant employees are offered educational support such as tuition discounts at partnered universities, tuition reimbursement, and scholarships
