Description
Genesee Health System, a community health center, received a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Improvement and Advancement grant from SAMHSA to provide vulnerable Genesee County residents with increased access to evidence-based practices. A main focus of the grant funding involves training clinical staff in multiple models of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Informed Treatment and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
