Description
CampMed is a two-day intensive summer educational experience that stimulates interest in science and medicine for high school students interested in medicine or other health-related fields. This two-day event is scholarship-based and provided at no cost to the student. CampMed is sponsored by the CMU College of Medicine and the Mid-Central Area Health Education Center. Accepted applicants, with the assistance of current medical students, will participate in a variety of diagnostic and hands-on activities. Campers will have the opportunity to forge relationships with current medical students and see what it is like to be a medical student at CMU.
