Overview:
The Michigan Health Council is a dynamic nonprofit on a mission to ensure the future of the healthcare workforce. One of the ways we support the workforce is through ACEMAPP, a collaborative platform for clinical scheduling, compliance, and recruitment. This tool provides an online platform for health providers, students, and their academic coordinators to arrange clinical rotation placements, onboard students, and manage requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties (in collaboration with the MHC Staff):

Develop an extensive working knowledge of the ACEMAPP system

Provide end-user application support via phone and email

Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and provide efficient and effective solutions

Provide effective training to maximize the use of the ACEMAPP software

All other responsibilities presented as deemed necessary by the direct supervisor
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Understand the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service

Organized; expert at juggling many tasks and projects

Demonstrates consistent professional etiquette with clients and colleagues

Self-starter, strong sense of initiative, and independent worker

Computer knowledge required; including Microsoft Office with emphasis on knowledge of Excel

Strong verbal, writing, technology and analytical skills
Additional Details:
Work Hours: Normal work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM ET
